Morning sunshine

about this project

Morning Sunshine is a design for the Art Institute Poster contest. The premise for the design is that life is better with Art in It and by showing the simple structure of a windmill and adding various soft pastel colors I wanted to show the simplicity of common life enriched with art.

my role

I took various references and created a paper texture, and mapped the surface to a horizontal and vertical plane in Illustrator. Then in Photoshop I created a mask layer and added some random brush strokes to bring some underlying color I added.
